WINE OF THE MONTH A blend of five different grapes (St Croix, Marechal Foch, Frontenac and Geneva Red from our estate, plus 20% Merlot), our Five Seasons Red is a heavy, earthy red with dark cherry flavor, plenty of tannins and a spicy finish.

Cabernet Sauvginon
Shipped in fresh from Lodi, California, Cedar Ridge Cabernet was crushed and fermented in Cedar Rapids, then barrel aged in 100% new American oak for eight months. This is a very versatile red wine of high quality. It exhibits a classic cabernet nose, with an earthy, dark berry taste.

Candlelight
A more sophisticated white for special nights. Candlelight is a well-balanced dry white wine with a buttery finish.

Geissenheim
Made from the Geisenheim grape, this semi-sweet white wine has a peppery nose, followed by a sweet, lingering lime taste. Its profile is similar to that of a margarita.

Sauvignon Blanc
Made from freshly picked, chilled grapes shipped in from the Madeira region of California, this wine was slowly barrel fermented in new oak barrels. It has an incredible grapefruity nose and flavor enhanced with a touch of cream from the barrels.
